We Are Zenith is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support manufacturing site operations. The role delivers recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, training, and policy development, while ensuring legal compliance and policy consistency across all staff levels.

You will work closely with line management, manage HRIS and time/attendance systems, and lead continuous improvement in HR administration. CIPD qualification and 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate calibre with CIPD qualification or studying towards level 7.
• Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, payroll and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure fair recruitment and selection procedures for all roles.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, interviews, contracts and onboarding.
• Oversee temporary agency contract for direct employees and timesheets.
• Deliver HR and Health Safety inductions for non-management staff.
• Advise on discipline and grievances to ensure policy consistency.
• Provide risk management support on disciplinary matters up to FWB.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews for all staff up to management level.
• Produce reports on headcount, absence, turnover and safety metrics.
• Coordinate and administer training plans and courses.
• Lead continuous improvement within the administration function.
• Site HR correspondent for payroll and payroll entitlements.
• Maintain employee files and respond to payroll/benefits queries.
