Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Luton is seeking an HR Generalist to provide support across HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation management, and training. The role emphasizes policy compliance, data accuracy, and continuous improvement within the UK framework.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, CIPD Level 5 or progress toward it, and prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards completion.
• Experience in HR functions, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for permanent and temporary positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support managers with first level disciplinary, grievances, attendance reviews and other employee relations matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives including surveys, wellness activities, charity involvement and inclusion events.
• Assist with updating policies to comply with legislation and Eaton philosophy; handle queries with HR team.
• Handle HR administrative tasks including communications, benefits, guidebooks, time and attendance data.
• Maintain accurate employee data records compliant with UK law and Eaton best practice.
