The Talent World is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across the lifecycle at our Ilfracombe site. You will act as a trusted advisor, handling complex HR matters and guiding on policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations and Shared Services.
• Proven ability to manage complex HR cases and provide practical solutions within policy frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex HR cases across ER, attendance, lifecycle matters, benefits and policy interpretation.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide practical HR advice and solutions.
• Act as SME, guiding colleagues on HR policies, processes and best practice.
• Develop clear HR guidance materials, knowledge articles and process documentation.
• Identify recurring issues, conduct root-cause analysis and recommend improvements.
• Support HR operational excellence with governance, data privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to simplify and standardise HR processes and support services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen HR service delivery.
