Job summary

Ball Corporation in Milton Keynes is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR Manager and colleagues across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure compliant, high-quality HR service, manage administrative processes, and provide data-led insights.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, CIPD or HR degree required, and you’ll work closely with people leaders to drive engagement and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supporting HR Manager, People Leaders and colleagues across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensuring accurate HR transactional activities within timescales and high-quality standards.
• Maintaining HR records and HR systems.
• Producing HR reports, KPI metrics and workforce analyses.
• Providing payroll administration support and absence management administration.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction.
