Job summary

CMbE CarnaudMetalbox Engineering is seeking an HR Advisor to support the Head of HR with a wide range of operational HR activities. The role covers providing guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and recruitment matters.

The successful candidate will have at least two years in a generalist HR role, CIPD Level 5 or an HR degree, and experience in payroll data handling and HR systems. Based predominantly in Wortley, with cover for Shipley as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a generalist HR role.
• Exposure to employee relations, recruitment support and benefits administration.
• Experience liaising with occupational health and managing sickness absence.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of HR in delivering compliant HR practices.
• deputise when required and cover HR activity across the business.
• Maintain HR systems, payroll data, and employee records.
