KPI Recruiting Ltd is recruiting for a People Associate to join a busy HR team in Crewe and Nantwich on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will provide HR administration support, assist with employee relations, and help with recruitment and onboarding activities.

Working closely with managers, you will help ensure HR processes run smoothly and employees feel supported, while contributing to engagement initiatives and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, people, or administration roles.
• Genuine interest in a long-term HR career.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and handling confidential information.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day HR administration support and maintaining employee records.
• Preparing HR documentation and supporting onboarding activities.
• Coordinating recruitment and supporting hiring processes.
• Monitoring absence and assisting with performance management activities.
• Supporting the delivery of learning and development initiatives.
• Assisting with employee engagement, wellbeing activities, and HR projects.
• Producing HR reports and supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
