INEOS Automotive seeks an HR professional based in London to provide comprehensive HR support to various locations. The role involves advising on HR policies, managing employee queries, and enhancing HR initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree, solid HR experience, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive employee experience.
Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster.

Working as part of our global HR team this individual will provide professional and comprehensive HR support to employees and managers within our HQ and regional offices of which locations include UK, EU, South Africa, Australia and USA. Responsibilities include company policies, compliance, and HR systems. Also working closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver the full spectrum of HR initiatives.
