If you're an experienced Senior HR Assistant ready for more responsibility, or a HR Officer who enjoys getting the detail right, this role offers real ownership, sign-off authority and the chance to see the difference your work makes across a multi-site group.
At Westgate Healthcare, HR is close to the people it supports. Our teams care for older adults across nine homes. Getting the fundamentals right, such as the right checks, accurate contracts and a smooth first week, directly shapes the care our residents receive. As our HR Generalist, you'll be the person who makes sure that happens consistently across the whole group, as part of a supportive HR team that trusts you to get on with it.
Compassionate. Committed. Collaborative. Credible. Our motto is “passionate about people”, and in HR that's the job. These values guide how we treat each other as much as how we care for our residents.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. We're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of everyone we support.
Westgate Healthcare is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of race, sex, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, age, pregnancy or maternity, gender reassignment, or marriage and civil partnership.
