The Telegraph is seeking an HR Functional Analyst to lead business analysis and support for HR systems. This role involves implementing a SaaS solution, enhancing systems, and managing collaboration among stakeholders. The HR Functional Analyst is an exciting role under the guidance of the Head of Business Systems, responsible for providing business analysis, implementation, and support expertise across HR systems at TMG. This includes reviewing existing HR systems, supporting the HR programme to replace them with a single SaaS solution, and acting as a core part of the Business Systems team liaising between HR SMEs, technology SMEs, analysts, and third parties.
The role offers an opportunity to influence the delivery and management of HR systems at TMG, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office). Key responsibilities include:
Ideal candidates will have experience with SaaS HR solutions, especially Ceridian DayForce, and a comprehensive understanding of the 'Hire to Retire' process. They should be adept at stakeholder management, conducting user workshops, and collaborating with technical teams to extend system functionality.
