The business boasts a high performance and passionate culture that collaborate to empower people to grow. This award-winning business is looking to secure a HR Systems Analyst to report to the Head of HR on a fixed term contract basis (9-12 months). The role is crucial to develop their HR systems, supporting with their transition to a single platform. You’ll ensure accurate reporting, data management and present insights to stakeholder through analytics. The role also includes configuration and query and system issue resolution work.
Responsibilities include:
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced HR systems expert with sound and concise communication and stakeholder management skills. You should be experienced using visualisation tools such as PowerBI, a confident user of Excel and experience of creating dashboards. You must have proven ability of delivering system enhancements, resolving system issues and manipulating data sets. A strong customer service ethos is key and the ability to pro-actively find solutions with a can-do and positive attitude.
