HR & Employment Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF: 1164.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Employment team in the Birmingham office as a Partner.
• Handle a varied employment caseload, including discipline and grievances, bullying and harassment, employee conflict, Equality and Diversity, sickness absence and disability, and redundancies.
• Provide advice on all aspects of employment law; the team also offers other value-added services, with a notable training offering.
