Job summary

Vista is seeking an experienced HR Director to shape and deliver the people strategy across the UK and Ireland. You will report to the CEO, lead a small HR team and partner with the executive team to drive governance, talent management and organisational change.

The role requires robust knowledge of UK and Irish employment law, strategic thinking and the ability to implement scalable HR frameworks that support growth and high-performance cultures.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in multi-site organisations.
• Proven track record designing and delivering people strategies.
• Experience across UK & Ireland HR compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the organisation’s people strategy.
• Lead HR governance, policy development and compliance.
• Oversee payroll, benefits and reward across UK and Ireland.
• Lead organisational change and transformation programmes.
