Job summary

Frazer Jones is retained by a Bristol-based organisation seeking an HR Director to lead the people strategy and global HR team. You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to shape organisational design, develop leadership talent and drive engagement across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will bring broad generalist HR experience at Director level, a strategic mindset and strong stakeholder skills. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in the Bristol office.

Delighted to be retained by this Bristol based business who are looking for an HR Director. This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director to join a growing International organisation at a pivotal stage of its journey and to lead the people strategy.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll manage an HR team based in the UK and Globally and be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability, develop leadership talent, drive engagement, and create a culture that supports ambitious growth. As such you will:

• Lead the overall people and culture strategy
• Partner with executives on organisational design and workforce planning
• Drive leadership development, succession planning and talent management
• Shape internal communications capability
• Lead change and transformation initiatives
• Drive talent acquisition for growth
• Shape reward, performance and employee experience programmes
• Develop a high-performing HR function across multiple global locations

Ideally you will have broad generalist HR experience at Director level and have led and managed a Global/International HR team. Experience of working within a consumer based, high growth/scalable and PE/Investment backed organisation is desirable. With proven experience in a senior HR or People leadership role, you will possess a strategic and commercial mindset with strong business acumen alongside strong stakeholder management & influencing skills.

Based in central Bristol, the company operates a hybrid working policy with 2-3 days in the office.
