Job summary

Danos Group in London is seeking an HR Assistant to support HR data analysis and MI reporting on a 6-month contract. The role focuses on Excel-driven data handling, dashboards and training coordination, with on-site presence five days a week.

The successful candidate will bring strong HR data skills, experience in dashboards, and the ability to manage confidential records while supporting broader HR activities and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ relevant HR experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Experience producing dashboards and MI reports.
• Able to start within a month.

Responsibilities

• Compile, clean, reconcile and analyse HR data from multiple sources using Excel.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, charts and management reports to support HR MI.
• Support coordination of Learning & Development programme and annual training plan.
• Provide administrative support across employee relations, maintaining confidential records.
• Support wider HR activities including lifecycle, engagement, wellbeing, policies and audits.
