Job summary

Kingston University is seeking a dedicated HR Management Information & Systems Partner to provide a leading HR management information service. The role focuses on improving the quality and accessibility of workforce data, supporting HR in optimising systems, and delivering high-quality data products for strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to enhance data capabilities, aligning with the Town House Strategy and People Plan.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data reporting, presentation, and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• SQL report writing experience.
• Knowledge of Data Protection legislation.
• Experience in utilising and developing HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support HR teams with access and interpretation of complex data sets.
• Plan and deliver the annual Staff data return, ensuring compliance with changing requirements.
• Continuously improve the People Dashboard report for leadership teams.
• Assist in delivering Public Sector Equality Duty and Pay Gap reports.
• Respond to external requests for HR data.
• Deliver tailored workforce data products to facilitate decision-making.
• Lead as the HR data protection champion and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Develop tools and processes for continuous improvement in HR data management.
