Job summary

The Ardonagh Group is seeking an HR Data Insights Analyst to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You’ll build dashboards in Power BI, model HR data with Microsoft Fabric, and collaborate with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to shape reporting strategies across the Group.

You’ll contribute to data governance, improve data quality, and support Dayforce-driven HR initiatives while delivering clear, data-led recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI experience with dashboard development, data modelling and visualisation.
• Experience translating large datasets into actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Understanding of HR systems and people data (headcount, FTE, structures).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement drive.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Dayforce would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful workforce insights.
• Use Microsoft Fabric to integrate, transform and model HR data from multiple sources.
• Partner with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Analyse workforce trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
• Improve data quality by developing validation processes, governance standards and reporting controls.
• Build scalable data models and self-service reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Present complex data clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support Dayforce rollout and broader HR transformation initiatives.
