I am currently assisting a well-known Financial Services brand to recruit an experienced HR Data Analyst for their HR team. Reporting to a Lead HR Data Analyst, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in Data Analytics within a people-centric business. This is a newly created role to support the company's growth and change initiatives. You will join at an exciting time!

Must Come From an HR Background

Experience with Workday would be highly beneficial. As the role involves managing change, you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

The company has a policy of four days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data interrogation and reporting
  • Improving data efficiency
  • Supporting projects like HRIS Transformation
  • Process improvement
  • Ad-hoc reporting
  • Administrative support
