UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking an HR Coordinator based at Wembley Stadium, London, to support HR administration for UEFA EURO 2028. This fixed-term role runs February 2027 to Summer 2028, with onsite work and travel across the UK & Ireland.

You will manage employment documents, data integrity, and payroll accuracy, while liaising with managers and staff to uphold high standards. The role emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail and proactive improvement of HR processes

Responsibilities

• Produce employment documents and materials across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain employment records with legal and audit compliance.
• Input data accurately and ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Support managers and employees with self-service.
• Update payroll tracker and monitor probation outcomes.
• Respond to queries and continually seek process improvements.
• Support annual HR processes including PDR, salary reviews, and bonuses.
