Job summary

M.A. Ford Europe Limited, a Derby-based engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator. The role covers recruitment, training and development, appraisals, GDPR management, policy reviews and HR documentation in a multi-site setting.

A pool vehicle is available for travel to Leeds and Tamworth. The position is full-time, permanent and office based at the Derby site, with weekly travel to Leeds and Tamworth.

Qualifications

• Must-have CIPD Level 3 qualification or strong equivalent HR experience.
• CIPD Level 5 is desirable; Level 3 with substantial experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity, onboarding and contract preparation.
• Maintain GDPR administration and compliant handling of employee data.
• Support training, appraisals and policy reviews across sites.
• Provide light PA and general administrative duties.
• Travel weekly between Derby, Leeds and Tamworth sites to provide HR support.
