This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join aglobal organisation undergoing significant transformation. We have roles at both our Dagenham and Dunton sites. You will work closely with experienced ER practitioners and HR Business Partners, gaining hands‑on exposure to case management, employee relations casework, and workplace conflict resolution, while also building broader HR capability across talent management, organisational effectiveness, and HR transformation. This role is ideal for a graduate who wants to develop deep expertise in employee relations as the foundation of a well‑rounded HR career.
