Job summary

Acushnet Europe Ltd. in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, is seeking an organised HR Co-ordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and employee lifecycle activities within a busy HR team. You will help maintain records, assist payroll and benefits, and be the first point of contact for HR queries.

The role offers exposure across the full employee journey in a well-established, globally recognised golf brand context, with opportunity for development and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or coordinator roles.
• Experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, candidate comms, and offer docs.
• Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new starters.
• Support internal promotions, transfers and employee changes.
• Manage leaver processes and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Assist payroll and benefits administration during busy periods.
• Support employee relations admin, including family leave documentation.
• Coordinate right-to-work checks and HR records.
