Job summary

Thames Water is recruiting an HR Coordinator to support the People Services team. The role focuses on HR administration, data accuracy, and timely payroll input across a hybrid Reading location. You will handle requests, maintain records, and prepare contracts while contributing to KPI achievement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of queries daily with professionalism.
• Experience in HR administration and handling confidential information.
• Ability to generate formal HR documentation such as employment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Administration across the People Team.
• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and triage to specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate data in HR systems and update records.
• Generate and issue employment contracts and other formal documents as required.
• Undertake ad hoc project work and provide reporting support.
