Thames Water is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to partner with managers across the business, delivering a high-quality HR service aligned to our People strategy.
You will oversee generalist HR processes, build stakeholder relationships, and analyse people data to drive insights and actions that support business objectives. The role is hybrid, based in Reading, with external site travel as needed. This is a 12-week contract assignment at Thames Water via Pertemps.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to work alongside Thames Water managers providing the link between the operational business and our People team.
You will deliver a professional, high quality and customer-focused HR service to our managers and leadership teams.
You will be responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and carrying out generalist HR processes that in turn support Thames Water in the delivery of business objectives while enabling our employees to flourish.
You will have the opportunity to build and manage internal relationships with key stakeholders to enhance and continually improve the quality of our HR service.
