Job summary

M-Sport UK at Dovenby Hall is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle and HR processes across the business. You will deliver administrative excellence and responsive HR support to employees and managers in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

You will collaborate with HR colleagues, maintain records, assist with payroll and absence management, and help implement HR policies with discretion and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment or administration roles.
• Working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to deliver accurate HR processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Support onboarding, changes to employment, transfers, promotions and leavers.
• Assist with vacancy administration, interview coordination and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements for new starters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with data protection.
