Job summary

M-Sport UK is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team at Dovenby Hall. You will support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leavers, and assist with payroll and HR policy administration.

You will liaise with employees and managers, handle confidential information with discretion and contribute to continuous improvement across HR processes. A strong team player with excellent organisation will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Organisation and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple HR activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Discretion handling confidential employee information and sensitive HR matters.
• Strong administrative ability to manage HR processes, documentation and records.
• Professional, employee-focused customer service approach.
• Good problem-solving and escalation when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR administrative support and maintain records.
• Support onboarding, changes to employment, transfers and leavers.
• Assist recruitment activities including vacancy admin, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation for new starters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with data protection requirements.
• Act as first point of contact for routine HR queries and escalate when appropriate.
• Assist with monthly payroll preparation and changes.
• Support absence, leave recording and HR policy administration.
• Provide general HR administration and support ad-hoc projects.
