Job summary

M-Sport UK at Dovenby Hall is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to join the expanding HR team. You will provide professional HR support across the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate records and help deliver efficient HR processes for the business.

You will manage onboarding, changes to employment, payroll support, absence, and HR queries while ensuring data protection compliance. The role offers a collaborative environment within a world-class motorsport operation.

Qualifications

• Essential HR administration and payroll support experience.
• Onboarding and employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong IT literacy and data handling awareness.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration and record-keeping across HR systems.
• Employee lifecycle support: onboarding, changes, promotions, leavers.
• Assist recruitment activities and candidate communication.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and new starter documentation.
• Payroll support and absence/leave administration.
• Respond to routine HR queries and escalate when needed.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide general HR administrative support and project help.
