Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including right-to-work verification and reference requests.
• Plan and deliver induction programmes for new employees.
• Ensure all new starter information is accurately recorded within HR systems.

Education
