Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited in Bolton is seeking a Helpdesk / Estimation Administrator to support the day-to-day delivery of FM and construction projects, handling client requests, quotations, and coordination. This role offers a clear path for progression and professional development.

We require a construction background with experience in helpdesk or estimation administration; you will log and prioritise requests, prepare estimates, and liaise with clients and teams to obtain pricing

Qualifications

• Experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, Estimating, or Administration role.
• Construction background preferred.
• Ability to log, prioritise and allocate maintenance jobs.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client requests via telephone, email, and the helpdesk portal.
• Log, prioritise, and allocate reactive maintenance jobs
• Prepare quotations and estimates for maintenance and construction works based on client requirements and site information
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain pricing and project information
