Fitch Group in Manchester is seeking a 6 Month FTC HR Coordinator to join our office. You will manage people-related processes across the EMEA region, from onboarding to offboarding, and deliver a professional, high-quality service to stakeholders and employees.

This role focuses on qualifed HR fundamentals, process improvement, and accurate data handling. A strong communicator with a detail-oriented mindset will thrive in our hybrid work environment (3 days in office).

• Manage people-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for the EMEA region.
• Take ownership of HR queries and tasks, ensuring they are resolved accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality service to stakeholders and employees.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of HR Strategy.
