Confidential near Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an HR Coordinator/Advisor for an urgent two-month interim cover role. Office-based with free on-site parking; start date is immediate, and pay is £16.00–£20.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboard quickly, advise managers on employee queries, handle HR administration, and maintain compliant staff records in a fast-paced team environment.
