A Bit About The Role...
As HR Coordinator, you'll be a key part of the HR team, supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and record-keeping to admin support and compliance. It's a varied role, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation and loves helping people get off to a great start in their careers.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so confidence juggling tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying on top of the details is a must!
What We're Looking For
️ Experience in candidate onboarding
️ Great communication - clear, friendly, professional
️ Strong admin and organisational skills
️ A proactive, can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail
️ Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
️ Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
️ A basic understanding of HR practices
️ Experience with HR systems is a bonus, but not essential
️ Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
