Job summary

NWFAgriculture, part of the NWF Group, is seeking an HR Co-Ordinator to support a professional, efficient HR service. You will manage HR records, onboarding, payroll data and assist with policy updates within a GDPR-compliant environment.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a positive employee experience, while contributing to system improvements and audits across the group. Hybrid work pattern applies with a Nantwich office presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration or coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Contribute to HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives and policy updates.
  • Maintain payroll input data for starters, leavers, and salary increases, liaising with payroll on queries.
  • Monitor and track employee absences and ensure documentation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and reports.
  • Produce HR metrics and reports to support insights and decision making.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Prepare meeting packs and take confidential minutes as required.
  • Track case progress and ensure proper filing of documents.

The HR Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a professional, efficient, and compliant HR service across our

Feeds organisation.

Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, this role ensures a positive employee experience through responsive

support, accurate administration, and proactive coordination of HR processes whilst also contributing to continuous improvement of

HR systems, processes and policies.

Day to Day
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
  • Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Contribute to HR projectssuch aswellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys & policy updates.
  • Maintain and update payroll input data for starters, leavers, salary increases etc and liaise with payroll to resolve queries.
  • Monitor and track employee absences, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all HR activities are compliant with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
  • Produce regular HR metrics and reports and identify data trends to support HR insights and decision making.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes.
  • Prepare documentation, meeting packs, and take confidential minutes whererequired.
  • Track case progress and ensure documentation is filed accurately.

  • Proven experience in a HR Administration or Coordination role.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
