Job summary

NWF Group in Nantwich is seeking a reliable General Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and labelling customer orders, ensuring quality and timely dispatch.

The role suits those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value careful stock control, safety and teamwork. Full training is provided, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience desirable but training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving products safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately from warehouse locations using pick lists & scanners.
• Pack customer orders securely to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Prepare and apply shipping labels and documentation to completed orders.
• Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and within required timescales.
• Load and unload deliveries as required.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
