Job summary

NWF Agriculture are growing our driver population and are looking for a driver based out of our Umberleigh site to deliver ruminant animal feed and raw materials across the region. The role is full-time on-site with 4 on 4 off day shifts.

You will complete vehicle checks, ensure safe multi-drop deliveries to farms and commercial addresses, and help with yard duties as required. A valid Category C+E license, CPC and tachograph card are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C&E license and CPC
• Current tachograph card
• Previous experience in a HGV driving role

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle checks at start and end of each shift
• Ensure safe and prompt delivery of goods across the region
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries to farms and commercial addresses
• Assist in yard duties such as handball or pump truck deliveries when required

Day to Day

• Complete vehicle checks at the start and end of each shift –complying with all HGV driving rules throughout your shift to

  ensure there is no unnecessary damage to vehicles

• Ensure safe and prompt delivery of goods across, carrying out multi-drop deliveries to both commercial and farm addresses.

• Manoeuvring trucks into loading and unloading positions, ensuring loads are secured, provide support in the yard including

  handball or pump truck deliveries whererequired

What will you bring?
