Are you ready to be the backbone of our HR team?

We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous HR Coordinator to join our bustling HR department at Windsor Forest Colleges Group on a full-time permanent basis and are happy to consider part-time applications. What You'll Do:

  • Own It: Manage payroll administrative changes with precision using iTrent, including contractual variations and tracking staff absences.
  • Close the Loop: Handle the processing of leavers, from issuing letters to finalising annual leave calculations.
  • Be the Hub: Keep our HR inbox tidy and responsive, directing queries to the right places and ensuring no question goes unanswered.
  • Team Coordination: Manage submissions to the Executive Team and spearhead necessary follow-up actions.
  • Record Keeper: Take detailed minutes in meetings and maintain personnel files in line with GDPR standards.
  • Communications Pro: Answer calls, manage postal queries, and respond to reference requests.
  • Support System: Assist our recruitment team during peak times, from handling new starter paperwork to conducting DBS checks.
  • Projects: Support our HR Business Partners in various projects, showing your versatility and collaborative spirit.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned administrator with a knack for organisation and an eye for detail.
  • A self-starter who can navigate through tasks independently but also loves contributing to a team.
  • Someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A respectful professional who handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible and ready to travel between BCA and Langley campuses as needed.

This role will be based at both our BCA and Langley campuses.
