  • Conduct Right to Work checks and support visa and sponsorship administration.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, salary reviews, transfers and contractual updates.
  • Manage leaver processes, including resignation, dismissal and fixed-term contract administration.
  • Support payroll activities and act as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Administer employee benefits, including pensions, benefits renewals and related employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and personnel files are kept up to date.
  • Produce regular HR reports and management information to support business decision‑making.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and internal communications.
  • Contribute to People Team projects and provide administrative support across HR and Employee Relations activities.

  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiencies;
  • Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality, as the role involves handling sensitive information and personal data;
  • Professional and approachable, with a positive can‑do attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships;
  • A confident communicator, able to engage comfortably and credibly with colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally;
  • Commercially aware;
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent;
