Job summary

HRCentral is seeking an HR Generalist capable of managing a portfolio of clients with focus on employee relations, recruitment and learning and development. You will design and deliver bespoke management training, run programmes on core people-management skills, and coach line managers through live issues.

The role involves working face-to-face in Goring-on-Thames and via video and cloud platforms. You will apply DISC to improve team performance, handle ER caseloads, advise on employment law and

Qualifications

• Solid ER experience and working knowledge of employment law and case law.
• Experience designing and delivering management training programmes.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with clients at pace.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver bespoke management training for teams and individuals.
• Run programmes on core people-management skills such as difficult conversations and performance.
• Coach line managers through live people issues to build confidence.
• Deliver in person, via video call, and through cloud-based portals.
• Advise on recruitment strategy and write job descriptions; shortlist and interview using ATS.
