Job summary

Rated Traders Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Consultant for an initial 4-month period to provide broad HR advisory services, advising managers on general HR queries and supporting restructure/TUPE.

The postholder will also act as HR Adviser on Employee Relations matters, advising the Chair at hearings and appeals, and may contribute to policy development and implementation.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional for an initial 4-month period.
• Advising managers on general HR queries; supporting restructure/TUPE.
• Act as HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, advising the Chair at hearings and appeals.
• May contribute to policy development and implementation.
• Chartered CIPD status or Level 5 qualification; working towards full CIPD membership.
• Experience in local government or the public sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on general HR queries and TUPE/restructure processes.
• Act as HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, including hearings and appeals.

HR Consultant This role provides an HR advisory service covering a broad range of activities from advising managers on general HR queries, supporting restructure/TUPE processes.

HR Consultant The postholder will also be required to act as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, particularly advising the Chair at hearings and appeals.

HR Consultant The postholder may also get involved in policy development and implementation.

We are looking for someone with chartered status of CIPD, or with a Level 5 qualification and working towards their full CIPD membership.

HR Consultant Experience of working in local government or the public sector is an advantage.
