Cone Corkill is currently recruiting for a reputable, established firm within the financial services sector. The role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team.

The Role

This role supports:

  • Human Resources
  • Investor Relations
  • Compliance

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Compliance officer with the management and monitoring of the Senior Manager and Certification Regime.
  • Conducting regular testing as part of the compliance monitoring programme.
  • Supporting the Senior HR Associate in maintaining and compiling reports and data for HR and Business Development, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I).
  • Collaborating with the Senior HR Associate and Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting with research to develop wellbeing initiatives, benefits, and salary analysis.
  • Supporting investor communications such as emails, newsletters, and reports.
  • Assisting in preparing investor presentations, quarterly updates, and briefing materials for investor meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating investor contact lists and CRM systems.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of investor communications and meetings.
  • Tracking key investor metrics and feedback.
  • Gathering and analyzing market data, competitor updates, and investor insights.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous administrative experience in financial services.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for investor-facing documents.
  • Attention to detail, crucial for handling sensitive financial and regulatory materials.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
