Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an HR Compliance & Data Governance Manager to shape and embed the compliance and data governance framework across GXO UK&I. You will lead a growing team and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal and Risk to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and People Services in large organisations.
• Proven ability to build or improve governance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance, GDPR, and data governance.
• Strong leadership with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and embed the compliance and governance framework across the employee lifecycle.
• Own HR data governance and improve data quality across systems.
• Lead audit and assurance activity and ensure readiness.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Risk and Technology to drive change.
• Develop and coach the compliance team to drive automation and standardisation.
