You'll provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence management, and policy implementation, while supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR reporting in a fast-paced environment that values practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' practical experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience advising managers and staff across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance across employee relations including performance issues and absence management.
• Advise managers on family-friendly policies and flexible working.
• Support recruitment, interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Produce regular HR reports and analyse people data.
• Support payroll processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver day-to-day HR administration and stakeholder support.
• Contribute to people-focused initiatives and HR best practices.
• Ensure policies are applied consistently across the organisation.
