Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 Contract: 16-Month Fixed-Term Contract

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a growing business, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle and playing a vital role in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing:
·Coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for staff.
·Drafting and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
·Maintaining accurate HR system records and supporting data input for payroll.
·Managing probation reviews, contract changes, and right-to-work compliance.
·Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
·Supporting employee recognition initiatives and internal communications.
·Organising inductions and delivering HR system training for new joiners.
·Coordinating recruitment activity and liaising with partner agencies.
·Supporting the delivery of reward and recognition schemes.
·Providing first-line support on employee relations matters, escalating when needed.
·Conducting and supporting thorough, objective investigations.
·Supporting wider People & Culture projects and document management processes.

What We’re Looking For:
·Previous experience in an HR/People Team role, ideally with exposure to employee relations.
·Strong knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes and HR best practice.
·Confident handling HR queries and advising employees and line managers.
·Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining high levels of discretion.
·A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
·Excellent organisational and communication skills.
