Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a HR Change Manager to join our team, supporting Waitrose across multiple sites in the UK. The role is a full-time 12-month secondment, predominately Monday–Friday, with some travel to sites as required.

You will support stakeholder management, drive change initiatives, and ensure alignment with the people strategy while mitigating risk and maximising employee engagement. CIPD Level 5 is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR change interventions in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong generalist HR background with understanding of UK employment law and industrial relations (TUPE, Redundancy, Change of Terms and Conditions).
• Ability to influence and communicate at all levels with strong organisational skills.
• Experience supporting stakeholder management and engagement plans with defined deliverables of change initiatives.

• Focus on key change areas including Reorganisation, Rationalisation, & changes in T&C's.
• External customer liaison, ensuring the customer is fully informed and updated at all times.
• Creation, deployment and communication for HR change projects and change plans including delivery of consultation plans.
• Identify and analyse change impact, organisational readiness and support a change management strategy that mitigates risk and maximises employee engagement.

Job description

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Change Manager to join our team, supporting our customer Waitrose. Being based at one of our operations for Waitrose (Milton Keynes, Leyland, Greenford or Reading), you will be responsible for ensuring that the contract and its key stakeholders are given the right level of support and active execution of the people strategy to successful deliver specific change initiatives across the contract to mitigate any risk to the operations, service to our customer and maximise employee engagement. This is a full time, 12 month secondment, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. With this being a national role, there will be some travel to various sites when required.

• Support the Snr HRBP and Snr Ops Director with the creation of the stakeholder management and engagement plans with defined deliverables of specific change initiatives

• Holder of CIPD level 5 is advantageous but not essential
