Job summary

Surrey and Sussex Police are seeking Four People Services Casework Consultants to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based at Lewes or Mount Browne, you will lead and manage cases, providing expert advice to line managers across both Forces and travel across Surrey and Sussex.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent experience.
• Strong generalist HR background or specialist people function experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support and guidance on casework with stakeholders.
• Lead and manage cases from assessment to resolution.
• Advise leaders across both Forces and contribute to service improvement.
