Job summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking an HR Case Management Coordinator to join the Case Management team. This fixed-term 12-month role focuses on coordinating complex and sensitive employee relations cases, taking minutes, arranging meetings, and preparing standard correspondence.

The post may be hybrid with a mix of in-person and remote work. Key responsibilities include managing low‑level case work, handling confidential information with care, and maintaining databases while collaborating

The Case Management team are responsible for the management of formal employee relations cases in one of the largest and most prestigious universities in the UK.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and the HR Case Management Coordinator will be a key role, leading on the effective coordination of complex and sensitive case management processes. This will include taking minutes, arranging meetings and preparing standard correspondence. The role will also manage and advise on low level case work.

Please note that in addition to the base salary stated above, the successful candidate for this post will receive an additional 2.5% supplement to their pay.
