Responsibilities

• Manage HR cases including attendance management, flexible working applications, occupational health referrals, and related processes with support from HR Advisers.
• Support HR Advisers and HR Business Partner on limited duties processes including recuperative reviews and adjusted duties annual reviews.
• Provide HR guidance to Senior Leadership Teams and line managers, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, terms and procedures.
