Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a HR Business Partner to join Kier Natural Resources based in Somerset. The role offers hybrid working with travel to sites 3-4 days a week and full-time hours with some flexibility.

You will partner with senior project and functional leaders to deliver people solutions that align workforce strategy with delivery needs, manage employee relations, drive engagement, and champion inclusion across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant HR experience.
• Experience in business partnering in medium or large organisations.
• Strong employee relations and engagement skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
• Commercial awareness and delivering pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders as advisor, developing people solutions to help deliver business strategy.
• Coordinate and manage employee relations and industrial relations activity, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Use data, metrics and evidence to inform change, drive decision making and resolve complex problems.
• Collaborate with resourcing partners and managers to develop hiring strategies and drive continuous improvements.
• Support emerging talent career programmes and champion equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the business.
