About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as the critical interface between HR and the organisation. This is a stretching and wide-ranging role that allows you to lead on the people agenda for your designated area and contribute to force-wide strategies. You will shape and implement strategic HR initiatives, support organisational development and drive continuous improvement.
This position offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, lead key programmes of work and see the direct impact of your contributions on organisational outcomes and performance.
