Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support our North West homes, including Manchester and Liverpool areas. You will partner with operational teams and managers, using coaching and influencing to drive engagement and manage change while ensuring consistent people plans across the business.

You will couple strong HRBP experience with the ability to interpret HR policies and work both autonomously and within a team to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Proven HRBP experience in health care or similar setting.
• Strong coaching and influencing capabilities to drive engagement and change.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support operations teams and managers with people strategies.
• Drive change initiatives and deliver workforce data reports.
• Collaborate with HR function to implement people plans.
