We Care Group is seeking an HR Business Partner (Regional) to partner with regional leadership across Wirral, Liverpool and Blackburn. You will develop HR strategies, manage ER caseloads, and lead data-driven people initiatives to support growth while upholding our values of Family, Honesty and Respect.

You will oversee HRIS data integrity (Sona), lead recruitment, advise on employment law, and drive leadership development and engagement across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in regional or multi-site environments.
• Care sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong employee relations experience and employment law knowledge.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification is required.
• Full UK driving license with own transport access.
• Experience of HR change and transformation projects.
• Excellent data analysis skills for strategic decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Home Managers and Regional Team to tailor HR solutions.
• Manage ER caseload up to dismissal where needed.
• Interpret HR metrics and recommend actionable insights.
• Oversee HRIS platform (Sona) data entry, reporting and compliance.
• Lead recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Advise on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and engagement.
• Foster open communication across regions to promote culture.
